Vitamin D3 + K2 Fort e is a 2-in-1 food supplement that combines vitamin D3 with vitamin K2 for better absorption and optimal results.
Vitamin D3 is involved in the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the strengthening of immunity and the bone system. When a supplement with a high dose of Vitamin D3 is used, it is absolutely necessary to combine it with vitamin K2. The latter is involved in the transfer of calcium to areas where the body needs it, such as bones and teeth. In addition, Vitamin K2 prevents calcium deposits on the arteries, in other words it helps remove calcium from areas where this mineral should not be found (arteries and soft tissues). The vitamin K2 used in this product is MK7 (menaquinone 7), the most bioavailable and active form of K2.

Vitamin K2:Natural Menaquinone-7 for Optimal Vitamin D3 Absorption
There are several forms of vitamin K2, the best known being synthetic menaquinone-4 (MK-4) and synthetic or natural menaquinone-7 (MK-7). The most bioavailable form with beneficial health effects is natural MK-7.
The Vitamin D3 + K2 Forte product contains natural MK-7, obtained by fermentation of the Bacillus subtilis spp natto culture. Vitamin K2, a form of MK-7, is also found in fermented foods, such as aged cheeses, condensed milk, and natto (a Japanese dish consisting of fermented soybeans).

Get the right dose of vitamin D!
If the analysis showed you a deficiency of vitamin D, the daily dose can reach 5,000 IU, even 10,000 IU vitamin D per day, under the supervision of the doctor, with retesting after 3 months of supplementation. If the deficiency has been corrected, then the maintenance dose can be between 2,000 and 4,000 IU per day.
If you take high doses of vitamin D per day (10,000 IU), you should check your calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels every 3 months.

Method of administration
1 capsule every 2-3 days, at mealtimes, or as recommended by the specialist.
